We have a plate suitable for pillar candles and tealights.

A cord is included, so plugs are an extra purchase if you don't have usb plug.

Yes, the same remote control can be used.

We have

Tealight candle:
If you experience problems with our tealights, try removing and reinserting the battery and tighten the screw at the bottom very well.

Taper candles:
If you experience problems with our crown light, try swapping the base from one that works.
Just to be sure, did you turn on the bottom light the first time you used the remote control?

Pillar candles:
If you're experiencing problems with our Pillar candles.

Please note that if there are 2 springs at the bottom, the batteries must still be turned plus/minus.

Remote control for candles:
This is the black remote control (item no. 90000)
Does not work for the black candles because it cannot penetrate black color.
One remote control is enough for multiple candles.

Our
supplier is BSCI accredited. This means that production is carried out under proper working conditions and raw materials are controlled. The candles are made
from 100% real stearin, except for our Anna block candles, which are made from 100% paraffin. In addition, there is no risk of soot, smoke or particles in the
air, as there is with regular candles. LED candles reduce indoor air pollution.

LED candles are significantly cheaper to run than regular candles.

Our LED candles have a beautiful 3D teardrop-shaped flame that gives off a warm, white light.
The flame itself is fixed, but the light inside can "flicker" to look like the real thing. In addition, the candles are made from real candle wax,
which together make the candles look like real candles.

The flame on the candles has a warm white glow. You can find the candles themselves in several different colours.

LED candles light up just as brightly as regular candles. With the remote control, you can adjust the brightness of the candles and save battery life. Please note that the remote control must be purchased unless otherwise stated under the product on the website.

The stated battery life is when the product burns continuously. When using a timer/remote control, the battery life may be reduced, how much depends on the battery type. With 1 x AAA and 1 x cr2032 batteries it is more than with C batteries.

No, they can't. Just like regular candles, LED candles risk melting in the sun.

We only started adding screws in 2024 to make sure children don't take the battery.

Under each product, it is stated whether a remote control can be used to control the light. For most lamps and Ball use remote article number 90001, unless for Noa Ball it is 90002.

No, they are UV protected.

Yes, they are. They can withstand being dropped as they are made of strong PE materialr

Mia & Noa ball is for solar and power. Ida ball is for Solar.

CHARGING OF LED BALLS
If you find that your Mia, Ida or Noa LED balls are not working, it may be because they are not fully charged.
If you have them in a group, it may help to spread them out so that they stand alone. Try doing this and let them charge for a minimum of 8 hours in full sunlight.
You can also try unscrewing the LED module from the bottom and laying it out in the sun to charge.
After 8 hours of charging, you can lay a dark cloth over the solar cells to see the effect.

The reason that the battery is discharged and the sun is not strong enough to penetrate both the LED ball and the solar cell (especially in the winter months)

CHARGING SOLAR LAMPS ?
The solar panel must face the sun for best performance and to fully charge. Please note that other lighting such as streetlights or other light sources should not shine down on the solar panel, as it cannot distinguish between this light and the sunlight. If there is other light shining down on the solar panel, it will not turn on in the evening as it thinks it is still light.
Upon delivery, there may be a film on the solar panel - this film must be removed for the panel to be able to fully charge.
Remember when charging, the OFF button must be activated.
Also check if the battery is loose.
At an optimal full charge, the product will light up for 4-8 hours. The light time will depend on the light intensity (lumens) and other features.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT ONLY LIGHT FOR A SHORT PERIOD OR BLINK?
The light duration depends on how much sunlight the product has been exposed to and the condition of the solar panel battery.
